What is Therapy?

About Me

My name is Sabrina and I am a licensed Psychotherapist (qualifying) with the CRPO. For the last 6 years I have been working towards my educational journey and various learning opportunities to grow and expand my passion and knowledge for the Psychotherapy world. Starting off my experience working as an intake counsellor helping individuals start their counselling journey to now completing my BA in Psychology and MA in counselling Psychology, being able to now be that one-on-one counsellor guiding each individual alongside every step of the way as a Psychotherapist. I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and care. I believe in the power of a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship and environment to foster healing and growth. While you are the expert of yourself and I have the tools and resources needed to help guide you, together, we will work to better understand and manage emotions, behaviours and overall life experiences.
